SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. Inception – Receive clients requirements and brief; acquire site plan from Surveyor General; commissioning of assignment from client
2. Concept designs – Prepare initial concept design; consult with client; review design.
3. Design development – Finalise drawings for council submission.
4. Documentation – Prepare all documentation sufficient for local authority submission
5. Council Submission:Submission to Home Owners Association as applicable;

Submission to Heritage / Environment for clearance;
Submission to Town Planning for clearance
Submission to Council for scrutiny and approval.
Plans supervised through the scrutiny process.

1. QS - costing of project and preparing the Schedule of Finishes
2. Preparation of building contracts.
3. Call for tenders on project.
4. Project management.
